~~~Today, 5th of August 2009, is one sad day in the lives of the Filipinos. Today, the beloved Cory Aquino of the Filipino People was laid to rest.
~~~ Considered as an ICON of Democracy, President Cory paved the way to uplift the lives of those people whom she gave unconditional love. How wonderful it is to realize that there is still a woman like Mrs. Corazon Aquino who have the heart so brave to raise a family equipped with integrity amidst troubles despite her being a solo parent after being widowed by the late Senator Benigno S. Aquino, Jr. ~ a National Symbol.
~~~Though she wasn't able to please all during her reign as the First Woman President, she never stopped performing her role by heart that she gave her lifetime to democracy and to it's people until her last inch of strength. With her mother's heart she made it!
~~~How great it is to realize that a woman can!
~~~I firmly believe that "The Hand That Rocks The Cradle Is the Hand That Rules The World!"
